How the Price Is Calculated

Frequency per component

Set a separate frequency for files, database and email. Leave one on manual and you pay nothing for it. There is no fixed per-domain base fee.

2️⃣

Mixed selections split the cost

A plan is the price of backing up all three components at that frequency. Mix them and each component pays one third of its own frequency.

3️⃣

Automatic volume discount

As your domain count grows the discount tier rises by itself and is reflected in your renewal basket.

4️⃣

Discount for incremental

Turning on incremental backup discounts the relevant components — and no empty backups are produced when nothing changed.

5️⃣

Fair plan changes

Upgrade mid-year and the difference is pro-rated over the remaining days. Downgrade and the unused amount becomes account credit, offset automatically at your next renewal.

No. Your backups are never stored on Yedekalma servers (zero-server-storage); they go straight to your own destination — Google Drive, Amazon S3 and S3-compatible services (Wasabi, Backblaze B2, MinIO, R2), Dropbox, OneDrive, Yandex.Disk, or a password-free Receiver Module on your own server. You do not buy gigabytes from us; the cost is whatever your own space costs.
No. There is no size tier in the pricing model; the price depends only on backup frequency. Your subscription does not change whether your site is 2 GB or 200 GB.
Subscriptions run annually. Paying two or three years up front earns an additional discount, and you can cancel at any time.
Yes, an automatic volume discount applies at account level and the tier rises as you add domains. You do not need to buy an "agency plan" or contact us — the discount is applied to your basket automatically. You can see the current tiers in the calculator above.
No. No credit card is required for the trial and nothing is charged when it ends. If you want to continue, you start the payment yourself.
Yes. You pay nothing for a component you leave on manual. If you already back up email another way, you can turn that component off and not pay for it.
