Let us be precise about scope

What we back up: files in your web root, your MySQL/MariaDB databases and your IMAP mailboxes. For most sites that is the entirety of the data.

What we do not back up: the cPanel account configuration itself — DNS zone records, email account definitions (mailbox contents are backed up, account definitions are not), cron entries, SSL certificates and subdomain definitions. These are recreated during a server change; our migration guide walks through it.

It is useful but has two important limits. First, the archive you create usually lives in the same account's disk space, so if the server is lost or the account is suspended the backup is unreachable too. Second, it has to be run manually and gets forgotten in a busy period. An automatic backup stored somewhere independent removes both problems.
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Our scope is web root files, MySQL databases and IMAP mailboxes. The cPanel account's own configuration — DNS zone records, email account definitions, the cron list, SSL certificates and subdomain definitions — is outside that scope.
No. The module is uploaded into your site root and runs from there; you never share cPanel, FTP or database passwords with us. You upload the module yourself using File Manager or FTP.
Open File Manager, go to public_html, upload the zip you downloaded and extract it. Then visit yoursite.com/yedekalma/ in a browser and paste the API token generated in your panel.
Backups use temporary disk space while running, so a full quota makes the job fail. This is not passed over silently — you are notified. If your quota is tight, backing up components separately or excluding unnecessary folders helps.
